Dr. Vidal has over 25 years of experience in the field of security and employee reliability. Since 2003, he has established and operates a system of security tests for job applicants in the financial sector through which tens of thousands of candidates have been tested over the years. The establishment and operation procedure includes building work processes, procedures, training personnel, characterizing work methods, and preparing dedicated training systems, conducting training with a wide range of factors and customers.

Dr. Carmit Rapaport is a researcher, facilitator and consultant in the field of emergency management, business continuity and functional continuity. Dr. Rapaport is the director of the Institute for Emergency and Disaster Regulation at the Academic Center for Law and Business and the Academic Director of the Master's Program in Emergency and Disaster Management Environment at the University of Haifa. In addition, Dr. Rapaport is the academic advisor and director of the assessment system at the Home Front Command and the National Emergency Authority (RAHL)'s Israeli Strength Center.
She received her Phd from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in 2011. She has published dozens of articles in professional journals in her areas of expertise, and has won research and consulting budgets from the EU, the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Space etc

Talia is an expert in analyzing and designing business processes, locating exposures and defining controls. Talia has extensive knowledge and experience in managing and implementing (Hands On) complex and resource-intensive projects in the worlds of information systems.
Talia holds a bachelor's degree in computer science combined with economics and management and serves as an academic director and lecturer in data analyst courses.

Moran is an industrial and management engineer with about 12 years of experience in project management, automation of end-to-end work processes, implementation of information systems, process optimization and process engineering etc. Moran has managed risk management projects both in terms of exposure analysis and in terms of characterizing the requirements for technological language and is a combination of business understanding along with technological understanding. Moran holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University and is a Software Engineer from the College of Management in Rishon LeZion. Moran brings with her practical experience in the field as an employee for 10 years at Discount Bank and two years at Intel.

Eynav holds an M.A degree in Organizational Counselling & Development. She is an organizational consultant with over 15 years of experience.
